PROJECT 90 PITCHING DEVELOPMENT
Project 90 is a specialized program designed for pitchers, aiming to foster their ongoing development and readiness for the upcoming fall season.
Programs will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each athlete. Factors such as the initial assessment, workload from the spring season, and personal goals will determine the direction of each pitcher's summer training. Each program will encompass strength and conditioning, mobility exercises, and a throwing regimen, with a focus on pitch refinement, velocity improvement, or recovery techniques. Under the guidance of supervision and through small group sessions, Project 90 aims to cultivate a competitive atmosphere that challenges athletes while aiding them in their pursuit of individual goals.
