Practices and training sessions are conducted by our highly experienced staff. Our coaching staff is comprised of baseball professionals,They strive to focus on player development and utilize modern day, high level coaching techniques. Here at Sticks Baseball, we work to set examples of respect and sportsmanship for our kids on and off the field. Parents are expected to be apart of the professional culture to aid in the development of the players.
Being apart of Sticks baseball unlocks over 33,000 sq feet of Iowa’s elite baseball training facilities, which allows year-round training and development. Sticks baseball does not define its success on wins and losses, but rather the improvement of the player, fundamental play and a true understanding of sportsmanship and teamwork.
