Jeremy Figueroa is a standout middle infielder and third baseman from Chicago, Illinois. He attended De La Salle Institute, where he earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior.
He began his collegiate career at Heartland Community College, making an immediate impact. In 2022–23, he helped lead Heartland to the NJCAA World Series, hitting .400 with 13 home runs, 57 RBIs, and 22 stolen bases. He followed that with another strong year, earning First Team All-Conference honors in the MWAC.
Jeremy then transferred to Mount Mercy University, where he continued to excel. In his first season, he earned First Team All-Heart of America Athletic Conference recognition, hitting .392 with 19 extra-base hits, 5 home runs, 25 RBIs, and 21 stolen bases. The following year, he played a key role in securing Mount Mercy’s first conference championship, earned All-Tournament Team honors at third base, and helped the program reach its first regional appearance.
As a senior, he again led Mount Mercy to the conference championship game, finishing the season with a .301 average, 25 extra-base hits, and 39 RBIs. He earned First Team All-Conference, the 2025 Gold Glove Award, and All-Tournament Team honors.
