
ENHANCEMENTS
Enhancements are offered in a small group setting for those that are looking to work on specific areas of their game. This is a way to be intentional about specific mechanics, challenge the athlete’s ability, and learn new techniques from our talented training staff.
Enhancements are offered in the fall, winter and spring seasons (youth only offered in winter).

Throwing (pitching and arm care)
60-yard Dash
Hitting/Bat Speed
Designed to focus specifically on hitting mechanics, timing and overall hitting development. Our staff works to put together a plan that includes hitting off fastball machines, tee drills, front toss, and overhand batting practice.
We also utilze the TrackMan system which allows us to see where the hitter is at according to the analytics. This tracks exit velocity, launch angle, and travel distance.
Infield
This enhancement includes specific drills put together by our coaches that will develop the athlete’s fielding abilities while hammering home the fundamentals of fielding. Our coaching staff will deliver face-to-face coaching, hitting fungoes, and giving feedback to the athletes on what makes them successful and what they need to work on.
Outfield
Built to help outfielders with routes, jumps on flyballs/groundballs, and communication drills. The drills in these enhancements will allow outfielders to develop at a better rate than most because of the smaller groups and repetitions they will get.
Catching
The catching enhancements will feature various cutting edge catching drills that focus on all facets of catching: blocking, framing, receiving, throwing to bases etc. All Sticks staff running these enhancements have at least college-level catching experience.
Throwing (pitching and arm care)
Designed to increase arm strength, arm health, and enhance throwing velocity. This enhancement session consists of pre-throwing band exercises, long toss drills, and a post-throwing session with D1 Training.
60-yard Dash
Athletes in this enhancement, facilitated by D1 Training, receive training, strategies, and skills to cut time off their 60-yard dash.
Ages:
Youth (9-12) offered in Winter only
Prep (13-14) offered Fall, Winter and Spring
High School (15-18) offered Fall, Winter and Spring
