Included in the program is an arm care data system where we can track the arm health and strength of each individual.

With that data we can create an arm care regiment based on the athletes deficiencies.

In addition, we strive to maximize strength that translates to both exit velocity and mound velocity

Training objectives will be accomplished by the end of the program

Speed

Developing fast twitch tendencies to create a more explosive athlete.

explosiveness

It takes .4 seconds for a 90-mph fastball to reach home plate. Creating the ability to have reactive strength and power output.

mobility

Developing increased range of motion in both passive and active planes of motion.

stability

The strength to endure the motion, or ability to control a given movement. Athletes need to be able to control how they move through different planes of motion.

Core strength

Deriving an athlete's power comes from their core, players must be able to transfer their core strength into rotational power in both pitching and hitting.

rotational strength

We will train to convert their core power into rotational power both when pitching and hitting.

lower body strength

In both pitching velocity and swing speed, power starts from the ground up. Leg strength is vital when producing power in baseball movements.

upper body strength

Using very specific movement patterns, we strive to develop upper body strength in a safe capacity to help develop overhead athletes.
