T-BALL AND COACH PITCH DEVELOPMENT
Our T-ball and Coach Pitch Development program is designed specifically for youth players age 3-5 (t-ball) and 5-6 (coach pitch), to help develop a love for the game and learn the core fundamentals needed to advance to higher level baseball.

IOWA STICKS ROOKIE ACADEMY
The Iowa Sticks Rookie Academy introduces players, ages 7U and 8U to the beginning stages of comprehensive baseball training and a first touch into the competitive baseball world.

Sticks Academy offers opportunities for players not selected for the Sticks Select program or full teams interested in joining the Iowa Sticks Baseball Club.

STICKS SELECT
Sticks Select is designed for higher level baseball players aged 9U-12U. Our goal is to develop players who love, appreciate and are committed to the game of baseball and want to continue playing through high school and beyond.

The Iowa Sticks High School prep program is tailored to 13U and 14U players that are serious about playing high school baseball and potentially beyond.

ABOUT THE iowa STICKS
Our goal is to assist young players in cultivating the essential individual and team skills required for competition at the high school level and beyond.
How we started
Established in 2007, the Iowa Sticks originated with the objective of providing athletes access to coaching expertise for a fee, along with the chance to engage in a tryout-based baseball club. Initially comprising just one 8U team, the Sticks organization has experienced substantial growth annually.
By 2009, teams were available for individuals aged 7-14. In the subsequent three years, the Sticks broadened their scope with the introduction of the High School Sticks Program. Over time, this program, along with others, underwent expansion to incorporate scout teams, travel teams, tailored training regimes, the Sticks Strength Program, and various additional offerings.
Who we are
The Sticks staff comprises coaches and trainers with boundless knowledge and a deep passion for the sport. Our highly experienced team is dedicated to fostering player development through the implementation of modern, advanced coaching techniques. Coaches, officials, and trainers exemplify respect and sportsmanship for our athletes both on and off the field.
Moreover, the Sticks staff expects parents to contribute to our professional culture by encouraging their athletes to maintain a positive attitude, exhibit good sportsmanship, and give their best effort every day. At Iowa Sticks, success is not measured solely by wins but also by player improvement, fundamental play, and a genuine understanding of sportsmanship and teamwork.
Athletes who join the Iowa Sticks gain access to multiple top-tier baseball training facilities and programs, facilitating year-round training opportunities. Additionally, players have the chance to compete and train with one of the most competitive organizations in the country.
Our staff is eager to assist athletes in becoming the best versions of themselves, both athletically and personally, and we look forward to the journey ahead.
